Integra International is an interactive global association of local independent accounting and consulting firms dedicated to exchanging information and advising growing businesses and professionals. Tunde Adaramaja FCA, FCIT, CFA, MBA
Tunde Adaramaja is a seasoned chartered accountant with over 30 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing and business consulting. A certified forensic accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He started his professional accounting career with BDO Balogun Badejo & Co. Chartered Accountants in 1988 where he acquired the needed first-hand industry-specific expertise that propelled him through a fulfilling career pursuit.
He is the founder of TAC Professional services in 1999 and he has led the firm to high-profile Audit, Forensic, Taxation, Business Consulting & Advisory assignments covering all sectors of the economy; growing the firm to be one of the most visible professional practice firms in Nigeria.
Tunde is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
He is a Certified Forensic Accountant (CFA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner; He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and has attended various courses at Harvard Business School, and other conferences both locally and internationally.
Tunde Faniyi FCA, MBA, BSc.
Tunde Faniyi is a distinct chartered accountant with over 20 years of professional experience in audit practice and business consulting. He has excellently managed various high-quality audit, investigation, taxation, and consulting assignments to the amazement of clients and admirers.
He began his professional career with Osunbade Okiti & Co Chartered Accountants in January 1999 before joining TAC Professional services in April 2002, where together with the founding partner has built the firm to an enviable position. He has managed various professional service and business consulting assignments. This includes Business Assurance & Process Review; Tax Management & Advisory; Compliance & Risk Management Advisory; Due Diligence & Reporting Accountancy services to clients in various sectors of the economy.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an alumnus of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University.
He has attended various courses and conferences both locally and internationally.
Amaebi Fiderikumo FCA, CFA, MBA, BSc.
Amaebi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an alumnus of the Harvard Business School. He also passed the prestigious CFA Institute (USA) qualifying examinations over a decade ago. He has over 20 years of finance and commercial experience across auditing, banking, and telecommunication industries both in Nigeria and abroad.
With a proven track record as a high performer, he is uniquely positioned to provide high-quality leadership that will attract and harness resources towards achieving organizational goals.
His specialties include financial planning, reporting & control; investment planning and management; business modeling and valuation, and costing & pricing.
He was Group Executive Director, Finance of Alpha mead Group. He was also the Finance Director of IHS Nigeria, the largest tower sharing/ infrastructure company in Nigeria.
While at IHS he managed relationships with investors which includes International Finance Corporation (IFC), Goldman Sachs, Wendel of France, and leading international private equity firms. Amaebi, a seasoned consultant works with TAC Professional Services as Director in charge of Business Advisory/Consulting.
Oluwole Adaramaja LL.B, LL.M
Wole specializes in Corporate and Commercial Transactions, Secured Credit for Corporate and Individual Finance, Insolvency and Asset Recovery, Commercial Property and Conveyance, General Commercial and Civil Litigation. His experience cuts across prosecuting and defending cases in State and Federal Courts. He has extensive experience in managing complex, multifaceted disputes involving several parties and claims.
He obtained his LL. B from the Prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 2002, and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in the year 2004. He concluded his LL.M Degree in April 2016 at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.
He commenced his legal career in the Chambers of Oluwakemi Balogun & Co, (Senior Advocate of Nigeria) a leading Insolvency and Assets Recovery Law Firm situated in Lagos State, as an Associate between 2005 and 2006.
He later joined the firm of Olalekan Yusuf & Co, (Senior Advocate of Nigeria) in Lagos as an Associate in 2006 where he was exposed to core Litigation on Lands Disputes, Commercial Property, and Conveyance and perfection of Title Documents over lands, in addition to General Litigation. He later rose to the position of a Senior Associate in the firm, the position he held until 2008 when he started his private practice.
Wole is the Managing Partner at Hoist Solicitors and also work with the TAC Professional Services team as Associate Director in charge of Corporate Transaction, Compliance, Recovery & Liquidation
Idowu Oladele FCA, ACIB, BSC
Idowu is a dependable, resourceful, and highly skilled professional accountants with over 10 years post qualification experience. He is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University (formerly Ogun State University), a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
Idowu commenced his professional career in a corporate environment with TAC Professional Services (Chartered Accountants) in 2012 where he gained extensive experience in Audit, Accountancy, Financial Advisory, and System Process Review with responsibilities for clients in Oil & Gas marketing, Manufacturing, Insurance, Investment and Financial sectors of the economy.
Idowu joined Ernst & Young (EY) Nigeria in March 2016 with specific responsibilities for Oil & Gas upstream clients. While in EY, he was part of the team that carried out Shell’s global internal and Sarbanes Oxley (SOx) controls testing for SPDC and SNEPCO (Shell entities in Nigeria) and performed their statutory audits including Joint Venture (JV) review.
He equally led the team that performed controls testing and statutory audit of Nigerian Agip Exploration Limited etc. He joined Pedabo in February 2018 where he rose to the position of Manager before returning to TAC Professional Services. He is an Associate Director in charge of Assurance & Transaction Advisory
Joseph Otegbeye FCA, FCIT
Adebakin is a knowledgeable and experienced Tax & Finance professional with over 15 years’ experience and a demonstrated track record in global Tax compliance & Regulatory Advisory, accounting, financial reporting, restructuring, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions projects. He is a result-oriented and proactive advisor recognized for providing exceptional client service while well-regarded as a team leader who efficiently manages staff across various engagements with multinational accounts.
He is a graduate of Accounting from Babcock University, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
Adebakin commenced his professional career in 2008 with HLB International as a Tax Analyst after which he moved to Abayomi Dosunmu as a senior Tax consultant in 2012. He later joined TAC Professional Services in February 2014 where he rose to the position of Manager in the firm. He left the firm in 2015 to join Ernst & Young (EY) Nigeria where he had the responsibility to oversee Transaction Tax, Global compliance & reporting as Senior Manager before returning to TAC Professional Services in 2023.
He is currently an Associate Director at TAC Professional Services in charge of Taxation & Regulatory Advisory.
Tunde Latinwo MBA, B.ENG
Tunde oversees Business Development and Corporate Communications at TAC Professional Services. He is a resourceful and results-driven Business Development Professional with over 17years of experience in Business Development processes in fast-paced environments within the Financial Services, Professional & Business Consulting Service Industry.
He is an expert in the design and implementation of business development strategies & models with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. His excellent administrative and management skills make him stand out over the years.
He started his career with the United Bank for Africa Plc in 2006 as a Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking Group. He further held Managerial roles in the Retail, Commercial and Business Banking segments within the Banking Industry having excellently managed high net worth relationships across the board over the years.
Tunde is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University where he earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria.
He also holds a Certificate in Design Thinking &Creativity for Innovation from the University of Queensland, Australia.
Mary Adelopo FCA, HND
Mary is a highly intelligent, resourceful, and result-oriented professional accountant with sound analytical skills. She has consistently strived for excellence from the time she was employed up until date.
She has very strong organizational and management abilities and a great team player that has led teams to accomplish various Audit & Assurance, Investigation, Due Diligence, and IFRS Advisory services.
She is an Accounting graduate with a distinction grade from the Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State, and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She also has a Diploma in International Financial Reporting (ACCA).
Mary joined TAC Professional Services in May 2013 as a qualified trainee, and has grown with the firm to the management level, currently, she is the Senior Manager in charge of Audit & Assurance Services.
Her professional and consulting experience covers key sectors of the economy, including Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Financial Services, and Manufacturing.
Muheez Popoola FCA, FCIT
Muheez is a dependable, resourceful, and highly skilled professional Tax expert with over 10 years post qualification experience in Tax Management, Advisory Services and Accountancy Services. He has led and managed Tax Advisory services (covering Tax planning, management, compliance, advisory, and investigation) of various companies in Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estates, Oil and Gas, Commercial and Trading, and Government Agencies.
He started his professional career in 2010 as an Accountant at Obasanjo Holdings before moving to Yemi Sanni & Co (Chartered Accountants) as Associate Tax Consultant in 2012. He joined Mazars Nigeria in 2019 as an Experienced Associate where he rose in ranks as a Senior Associate before joining Ascension Consulting Services in 2022.
He joined TAC Professional Services as Tax Manager in March 2023. Muheez is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and an Accounting graduate from the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta.
Kabir Mohammed Fili FCA, BSC
Kabir is a professional accountant with over 17 years’ experience in the Nigeria capital market operations and financial sector. He started his career in 2001 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) where he worked for fourteen years in various departments and rose to the position of Assistant Director before leaving the commission in 2015.
During his time at SEC he was the head of registration renewal of recognized investment services department, head, secretariat of SEC pension fund investment advisory committee, member transition committee of SEC migrating from defined pension scheme to contributory scheme, he also worked in the human resources department of the commission.
He worked as the General Manager/ Chief Compliance Officer of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Trust Fund Limited before joining TAC in May 2017. Kabir, is an alumnus of University of Maiduguri where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
He has attended several courses locally and internationally on Capital Market operations and Global financial compliance. He is currently the Director in charge of TAC Professional Services office in Abuja and head of compliance.
