James Oni, Partner, Tax Advisory & Regulatory Services, is a seasoned tax strategist and chartered accountant with over 16 years of professional experience spanning tax advisory, compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution. His expertise cuts across manufacturing, FMCG, technology, oil and gas, and financial services, combining strong technical knowledge with commercial insight to help businesses navigate complex tax regulations, optimize tax positions, and achieve sustainable compliance.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, West Africa (AATWA), James also brings valuable experience as a facilitator and speaker on evolving tax regulations and emerging developments in Nigeria's tax landscape.
Babatunde Latinwo, Partner, Corporate Services, Business Development & Business Solutions, brings over 20 years of progressive professional experience across financial services, professional services, business consulting, and internally generated revenue advisory. In his role, he provides strategic leadership across the firm's Corporate Services, Business Development, and Business Solution Services Practice Unit, with a focus on driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, expanding market opportunities, and enhancing operational efficiency and service.
His multidisciplinary expertise spans business strategy, market development, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and organizational development, enabling him to connect commercial opportunities with practical, value-driven solutions that support sustainable business performance. He holds an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin, and a Certificate in Design Thinking and Creativity for Innovation from the University of Queensland, Australia.
